Established Thermal Spray equipment supplier is seeking an energetic individual to join our team for a full time position. We are looking for detail oriented and responsible applicants that are willing to work hard to provide superior service to our customers.

Preferred skills/Qualifications:
We favor a candidate with 1-2 years of customer service phone experience who has the ability to learn products quickly.
-Using your good phone etiquette, assist our customers and enter their orders in our computer system
-Computer proficiency
-Assist our sales team with orders/quotes/customer follow up
-Ability to research products
-Resolve problems/troubleshoot
-Follow up and Follow through
-Occasionally assist organization by pulling customers orders
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and sales team with quotations, order placements, and return authorizations.
• Responsible for determining correct part for customer by researching customers sales history
• Accurately record valuable information in the system.
• Other duties as assigned include: Customer Assistance, Customer Relations, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Customer Service Training and Customer Support.
• Medical and Health Insurance available.
• Paid Holiday / Vacations / 401K
• 40 hours a week/Full Time. Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30
